Deep Tide TechFlow News, April 28 — The Over Foundation announced that due to funding constraints, they have ceased operations of infrastructure and services related to the Over protocol, including OverWallet, OverNode, OverFlex, RPC nodes, block explorers, and API interfaces. Additionally, the official statement indicates there are no plans to restore these services.
