Just now, I got the itch to chase again, but I ended up turning off the position button first... I asked myself: am I seeing new information, or is my pure emotion being led by the candlestick? Honestly, if there really was information, I should be able to explain in two or three sentences “why now, and why I can make a profit,” and if I can't, then it's probably just my emotions taking over.

Recently, everyone has been talking about rate cut expectations, the US dollar index, and risk assets still rising and falling together sometimes, which makes it easier to treat the “macro narrative” as a pass. But no matter how smooth the narrative is, if on-chain stablecoin flows haven't kept up, and the interest spread hasn't given me a safety cushion, I’m not too confident about adding.

Staring at the screen for a long time makes my eyes sore, my neck stiff, and my stomach a bit tight... Anyway, when these physical signals appear, I basically take them as a sign that “emotions are pushing the position,” so I take a sip of water and slow down. That’s it for now.
