I just checked the Japanese markets this morning and the situation looks quite positive. The Nikkei 225 opened with a solid gain of 1.17%, reaching 53,079.02 points after adding 615.75 points. It's not a spectacular move, but it definitely shows confidence in the market.

What's interesting is that it's not just Japan that is on the rise. The South Korean KOSPI also opened with much more momentum, climbing 2.77% to 5,379.05 points, gaining 145 points. It seems that the entire Asian region is finding some reasons for optimism today.

These movements in the stock markets of Japan and its neighbors are always a good indicator of how the global week is starting. Did anyone else notice this rebound in Asia?
