I just saw that NXG NextGen Infrastructure Income Fund has closed a deal with UBS to manage its new share issuance. Basically, it's a move to raise more capital and invest in next-generation infrastructure.

The interesting part is that this should make it easier for shareholders to participate more easily in the income fund, according to what they presented to the SEC. They haven't yet provided details on the size or the exact timing of the release, but they mention they will announce it later.

In theory, with more fresh funds, the fund can improve its portfolio and generate better long-term returns. We'll see what numbers they release when they make the official announcement. Is anyone following this fund or interested in the infrastructure sector?
