I just found out that Solaris Energy Infrastructure recently filed a document with the SEC. It turns out the company signed an amendment to its loan agreement on April 8th, nothing extraordinary but interesting to see how these companies in the United States adjust their financing terms.

Apparently, the modification aims to optimize the original credit terms. It's typical for these American companies to constantly refinance and renegotiate with their lenders. I guess changes in interest rates or market conditions forced them to do this.

Does anyone follow these corporate moves in the United States? It seems there’s quite a bit of activity in the energy sector lately.
