I noticed an interesting movement on the chain — Bhutan is active again. Transferred 319.7 BTC to two addresses, one of which appears to be new. The total amount is approximately $22.67 million. The second address looks familiar — transactions have gone through it before when it was about selling. It seems the Bhutanese government is preparing for something. Maybe just restructuring their portfolio, or perhaps preparing for an exchange listing. In any case, such volumes from a major holder always influence the market. It will be interesting to see how this affects the price.
