Lately, I've been getting a bit obsessed with testing network points, even though I clearly said it was just practice. But then I see people showing off their scores and white lists in the group, and my mindset immediately shifts to "Should I also give it a try?"… Honestly, this is when it's easiest to break discipline.

My stop-loss is set very simply: I only allocate a fixed amount of time and gas budget each day, and if I go over, I close the webpage;
And here's another rule: any time I need to chase hot tutorials or temporarily add funds, I treat it as a sign of "overly high expectations" and stop immediately.
Recently, rumors about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and de-pegging have been repeatedly circulated, and everyone's emotions are fluctuating.
I don't want to make decisions in this kind of atmosphere anyway. Practice is just practice; don't turn yourself into a gambler.
For now, that's it. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.
