On April 28, Oracle and BorderPlex Digital Assets announced that they will use Bloom Energy’s fuel cells to provide full power support for their Project Jupiter AI data center campus in New Mexico, USA, which is planned to cost billions of dollars. This collaboration is an important implementation of the strategic cooperation that both parties previously announced. The campus will install a total capacity of up to 2.45 gigawatts of Bloom Energy fuel cells, replacing the originally planned gas turbines and diesel generators, and will integrate the entire data center into a single microgrid campus.
