Trump softens stance on prediction markets: other countries are doing it, and the U.S. can't be left behind

Mars Finance News, according to Cointelegraph reports, U.S. President Trump has shown a noticeable softening in attitude just days after criticizing prediction markets. He stated: “I know some very smart people who like prediction markets. Many other countries are doing this, and if we don’t, other countries will isolate us.” Previously, Trump had expressed at the White House that he was “not happy” with prediction markets, saying the whole world has turned into a casino, and he “conceptually doesn’t like” such things.
