Golden Finance reports that on April 28, the Chair of the U.S. SEC, Atkins, said in an interview at the Bitcoin 2026 conference, “We will continue to push forward with other exciting things—such as truly allowing companies to conduct on-chain experiments, building tokenized securities, and trading them on-chain within the United States. We plan to release innovative exemption rules in the coming weeks.” In addition, the private sector is also allowed to raise funds by selling tokens on-chain; we call this “Reg GG Crypto.” These matters are being prepared and will be rolled out soon. A bill currently under review in Congress, called the “Clear Act,” is under consideration. We really do need Congress to set rules for this field. We are ready, willing, and able to explain their rules and turn them into regulations that people can rely on and pursue their innovative ideas. Once again, this is within the United States; they don’t need to go overseas. This is the truly important core concept here.
