To date, over 300 industry-education evaluation skill ecosystem chains have been cultivated. Large-scale skill improvement actions have been carried out targeting key areas such as artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and health care services, as well as key groups like college graduates and migrant workers. The "New Eighth-Level Worker" occupational skill grading system has been deeply implemented, with 1.13M people obtaining senior worker or higher professional qualification certificates or occupational skill level certificates in the first quarter. The country will strengthen general education in artificial intelligence, continuously improve workers' digital literacy and AI application capabilities, and implement training programs to upgrade skills for one million youth. Training services will be extended to enterprises, colleges, and towns, creating a 30-minute training circle, skill refueling stations, and other training service networks, allowing more workers to participate in training locally and conveniently.
