U.S. Secretary of State Pompeo: No evidence that Iran's Supreme Leader has died

Golden Finance reports that on April 28, U.S. Secretary of State Rubio said in an interview with Fox News on Monday local time that there is no evidence suggesting that Iran’s Supreme Leader Mujtaba Khamenei has died. When asked whether he believes Mujtaba Khamenei is still alive, Rubio replied: “We have indications that he is still alive. Obviously, they claim he is. We have no evidence that he is no longer with us.” “I think being alive and being in power are two different issues. You can be alive—but I believe the unresolved question at present is whether he has the same authority as his father,” Rubio. (Jinshi)
