My clumsy method: any impulse to place an order immediately is put on hold, setting a cooling-off period for myself, at least sleep on it; if I still want to buy the next day, then check whether the lending rates have changed or if the collateral lending volume has suddenly surged—without these "underlying water levels" matching, it's mostly just emotional speculation.

And also, don't overly trust on-chain data tools and tagging systems, as recently being criticized for being laggy or misleading isn't without reason. To put it plainly, tags are put on by people, and narratives are also told by people. When I see "smart money," I mostly treat it as a hint, not a signal; if I really want to move my position, I first calculate the stop-loss/liquidation line clearly, halving the position is fine—anyway, not racing with the hot topics, living longer is more important.
