【A Japanese oil tanker is crossing the Strait of Hormuz】

Bloomberg Energy and Commodities columnist Javier Blas wrote on April 28 that there is an interesting development in the Strait of Hormuz. The Japanese super-large oil tanker "Idemitsu Maru" is passing through the Strait of Hormuz, heading out of the Persian Gulf, along a route opened by Iran. This oil tanker is carrying about 2 million barrels of Saudi oil. Could this be a signal of negotiations? Or a diplomatic gesture?
