I find that unrealized losses have a much greater destructive effect on sleep than equivalent unrealized gains. When I make a profit, my mind automatically thinks "it was supposed to be mine anyway," but when I lose, it feels like someone has forcibly taken it out of my pocket, even if I haven't sold yet, I get anxious. To put it simply, losses lock your attention onto the worst-case scenario, and the more I think about it, the more I feel I shouldn't have clicked that button in the first place.

Recently, when cross-chain bridges have issues again or oracles report errors, and the consensus of "don't move yet, wait for confirmation" comes up, I understand this mentality even more: when uncertainty stacks up, unrealized losses become... again, like... they resemble the red text on the screen, or the faint alarms ringing constantly at night. Anyway, all I can do now is cut my positions smaller, isolate the risk sources, and prevent emotions from watching the market for me. That's all for now.
