Just now I got the itch to chase another one, and when the market heats up I start imagining "miss it and it's gone"... but I force myself to stop: is it new information pushing me to add to my position, or pure emotion looking for an excuse? To put it simply, only the logic that can be clearly restated counts as information; if you can't restate it, it's probably FOMO.

Recently, the narratives around AI Agents and automated trading have been quite noisy, with some saying full automation on-chain interaction is the goal, while others keep getting authorized and signed into traps. There's so much information that it really causes anxiety. My filtering method now is very simple: I only look at two things—whether there's real usage or capital flow changes on-chain (not screenshots), and whether I can clearly explain the risk points (permissions, private keys, contracts). If I can't explain it clearly, I just ignore it; I won't move my position either. Discipline is life-saving.
