Crypto World Network reports that the White House may release a major Bitcoin policy within the next few weeks. The latest signals from the 2026 Bitcoin Conference indicate that the realization of a strategic Bitcoin reserve is steadily nearing completion. Senator Cynthia Lummis confirmed that the Clear Act is moving toward review in May and may soon be sent to the President’s desk. Patrick Witte revealed that a major announcement regarding the strategic Bitcoin reserve is expected to be released in a matter of weeks, suggesting progress behind the scenes. Witte said, “The President has signed an executive order on a strategic Bitcoin reserve, and we’ve been working to develop the legal and operational framework.” The reserve would be supported by the government via confiscated Bitcoin holdings, and lawmakers are formalizing the plan through an updated bill, aiming to accumulate up to 1,000,000 BTC over five years. Crypto analyst Jeff Park noted that IBIT options first surpassed Deribit in open interest, marking an institutional-led shift. He said, “We’re going to see Bitcoin surge significantly, and IBIT options will lead this wave of volatility.”
