According to CNN on April 21, the second round of ambassador-level talks between Israel and Lebanon will be held on the 23rd—tomorrow—at the U.S. State Department. The report said that U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Herzog will participate in the talks as a new member of the U.S. delegation. U.S. Secretary of State Rubio, U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon Michelle Issa, and U.S. State Department adviser Michael Needham will attend the talks again. Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Yehiel Leiter and Lebanese Ambassador to the U.S. Nada Hamad Muawad will once again lead their delegations. Earlier, ambassador-level talks among Israel, Lebanon, and the U.S. were held on the 14th at the U.S. State Department.
