The report shows that from December 29, 2025, to April 12, 2026, a total of 1,076 confirmed measles cases were reported across the country, involving all 9 provinces. Among them, Western Cape Province reported the highest number of confirmed cases, reaching 554. The report also indicates that most confirmed cases are children aged 1 to 14 years, totaling 731 cases, accounting for 67.9% of all confirmed cases.
