My hands are getting a bit itchy, and when I see the market surge, I want to chase after it. I even come up with lines for myself: this is "information asymmetry." But now I will pause first and ask myself: am I truly understanding something, or is my emotions pushing me to add to my position? Honestly, when my heart races, it's usually not due to research results, but FOMO.

Recently, new L1/L2s have started offering incentives to attract TVL, and old users are complaining about "mining, selling." I actually understand... liquidity comes quickly and leaves just as fast. Anyway, I trust a light position and slow pace more—better to miss out on some opportunities than to disrupt the rhythm at the hottest moment. My biggest fear isn't slow, but chaos—once things get chaotic, it's easy to make several mistakes in a row. For now, let's do this, take a sip of water, and calm down.
