When I was driving for a ride-hailing service in China, I encountered a driver with a rating of only 4.6.

His car was clean, he drove steadily, and he even proactively helped me with my luggage.
I was curious why his score was low, and he said, "It's intentional."
It turns out their platform has a rule: drivers with a rating above 4.8 are prioritized for "long-distance premium orders."
These orders pay more, but they take about three to four hours per trip.
But his son has autism, and he needs to do sensory integration training every afternoon at four o'clock, so he must pick him up on time.
