Mars Finance News April 28 – Baidu today issued a company-wide letter announcing a major overhaul of the job grading system, which will fully integrate the professional and management tracks below the middle management level. The original letter labels (T, P, E, Band, M) will be unified into a five-level to twelve-level digital grading system, which will officially take effect on May 1, 2026. The notice states that what the AI era needs is precisely versatile talent—those who possess both professional expertise and leadership skills, capable of handling responsibilities independently. Based on this judgment, the company has decided to merge the existing professional and management tracks below middle management into a single career development pathway. (Wide-angle observation)
