Recently, the airdrop season has started again, and that task platform's anti-fraud measures are becoming more like security checks, with each click triggering a bunch of signatures/authorizations. It looks exhausting to me. To be honest, I’m not against points; I’m against turning identity into a "work badge," where daily check-ins feel like going to work.

My main concern is the fear of missing out: when I see in the group chat “Someone got the badge again,” I can’t help but want to complete the tasks, as if not doing so would be a loss. But then I realized, this sense of loss is actually designed into the system.

My current approach is pretty simple: only engage in interactions where I can clearly explain the risks, check if the permissions before signing are unlimited, and skip if unnecessary; if I don’t get the badge, I just consider it bad luck—less movement, more productivity. After all, those who have been fined before are more sensitive to “invisible costs.”
