When I get the itch to chase a rally, I now first pause for two minutes and ask myself: What new information have I really gained, or am I just being pushed to add to my position by the K-line and the "if you don't get in now, it's gone" emotion in the group? To put it simply, emotions are the best at disguising themselves as "judgment." Recently, everyone has been flipping through the staking unlocks and token unlock calendar again and again. As soon as the selling pressure anxiety kicks in, they’re afraid of missing out on gains if it rises, afraid of catching a knife if it falls, being pulled back and forth. I look at the on-chain fund flow and contract permissions to see if there’s anything suspicious before deciding whether to act, at least having a clear understanding in my mind. I regret not the outcome, but the fact that I didn’t see clearly and still stubbornly found reasons to rush in.
