Recently, I saw another cross-chain bridge get hacked, with everyone just saying "waiting for confirmation"… Basically, people are waiting for others to step on the landmine first. Beginners want to see if a project is reliable, but I think they shouldn't focus on the K-line first; instead, check its GitHub: Are updates consistent, are changes explained, did anyone come out to fix issues when problems arose? Then look at the audit reports—don't just look for "passed"; the key points are: have the issues been fixed, how long did it take, who audited it (at least not some roadside small workshop). Don't blindly trust multi-signature upgrades either; who are the signers, can permissions be minimized, is there a multi-party escrow—these are more important than just saying "we are very secure." Anyway, I have a cold wallet cleanliness obsession; I prefer to go slow rather than rely on prayer.
