Actually, now everyone is arguing about L2 compared to TPS, fees, and subsidies, but I think what I really want to complain about is: no matter how fast it is, you still need to feed the data out; otherwise, user experience is "you win in performance, I lose in patience." Anyway, my obsessive-compulsive approach here is still the same three methods: switch to a reliable RPC, wait a few seconds before refreshing, and conveniently clear all permissions...
