These past few days, I laughed at myself for getting emotional while watching the market; stop-loss really is like a breakup: the longer you drag it out, the more reluctant you become, and you start justifying it in your mind, "Just wait a bit longer," "Maybe it'll rebound"... The result is that you're trapped deeper and deeper, and your mood is gradually worn down by interest/opportunity costs.


Anyway, I’ve set a hard deadline now—once that point hits, I’ll accept it, whether I lose or not, at least I can sleep at night.

By the way, I took a quick look at that blockchain game economy—when inflation kicks in, the studio ramps up production, and combined with the coin price spiral, it feels like "holding on stubbornly without breaking up," the more you try to fix it, the uglier it gets.

What I’ve learned isn’t techniques, but: admit you were wrong earlier, it’s actually quite saving.
