A smooth overnight transition: Bitcoin and Ethereum have exited an oversold rebound rally. In the early morning, the overall market saw only limited fluctuations; prices were basically flat. After Bitcoin’s midnight dip to a low of 76,400, it bottomed out and rebounded. It has now returned to range-bound consolidation around 77,400 from last night. The long positions laid out yesterday were able to take profit smoothly after the evening rebound, locking in a 900-point profit and exiting the trade. After that, the market once again turned sharply lower, and coin prices moved down in a one-way decline, with the drop nearing 2,000 points. We also reminded in our strategy in a timely manner: in the short term, focus on observing; do not blindly “catch the bottom” and go long. Wait patiently for the market to stabilize and for signals to become clear before entering the trade when conditions are met.
From the overall structure, the market still maintains an upward-channel pattern. Although there was a needle-like pullback around midnight, the decline did not form a continuation signal. Instead, it later printed a large bullish candlestick and rebounded higher. This dip attempt effectively tested and confirmed the support at the lower level. The pullback this round, which followed the linkage with the US stock market, has not broken the overall bullish structure. Currently, the long-side volume continues to expand with active accumulation; in the short term, the market will inevitably push toward the 79,000 target level. The wave count keeps an upward momentum—recent highs continue to step higher steadily. Meanwhile, the Bollinger Bands are widening; with price relying on the middle band at 77,600 to complete the breakout, this level is converted into a stage support, kicking off a second push higher. In terms of trading, stay bullish following the trend—simply keep holding the long positions.
