Cognitive Growth

1. When you encounter something you think is "completely off the mark," don't just watch and eat popcorn; this is a great opportunity to adjust your understanding of the world. It indicates that you still have blind spots in understanding the true laws of how the world operates.
2. Be cautious when choosing your online playlist; listen to more songs with positive and uplifting energy. You are more easily influenced by music than you think. Scientific studies have found that compared to playing popular music, playing classical music makes people feel more noble, leading them to choose wines that are three times more expensive on average.
3. If you want the other person to speak more quietly, there's no need to raise your voice to drown them out. You can deliberately speak softly, and in order to hear what you're saying, they will naturally lower their volume.
4. Comfort is the reason we keep eating at the same restaurant, and also why we choose to go out with the same group of friends. Whether it’s a company or an individual, as long as it feels comfortable, it will repeatedly attract us.
