These days I see everyone talking about LST and re-staking again, honestly the returns are not just falling from the sky: some are from the normal interest of block validation, most of the rest come from "people willing to pay for security/liquidity," or project team subsidies, which stop once the subsidies end and the hype cools down quickly. I now see it more simply: when the on-chain turnover rate spikes, I immediately set a take-profit line, don’t fall in love with the narrative.

Don’t pretend not to see the risks: stacking multiple layers of collateral on the same asset, when the bottom layer has an issue, it triggers a chain reaction, especially when liquidity is thin, redemptions and runs happen faster than price drops. Recently in the group, there’s been talk about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and de-pegging rumors. When emotions run high, people want to go all-in, honestly I used to do that too, but now I’m more afraid of when “everyone is very sure”… Anyway, I only hold positions I can sleep peacefully with, and I walk away once I make a profit.
