These past two days, memes have gotten hot again—someone in the group said “the narrative is coming,” and everyone rushed in. After rushing in, I only then realized the slippage was worse than my lunch… So, plainly speaking, it’s lively, sure, but your stop-loss has to be set first; otherwise, you think you’re chasing the wind, and it turns out you’re the one being blown away. The whole modularization and that DA-layer set the developers talk about has them fired up—I, a user like me, hear it and feel completely lost, but the market loves to treat “I don’t understand” as an imagination space. My plain old way of doing it: before entering, figure out clearly how much loss I’m willing to take, set a ridiculous but executable stop-loss, and don’t change your mind on the spot. I take “simple” as a trap—the more it’s “just buy this,” the more you need to look twice at liquidity and trading depth. For now, that’s it.
