Recently, memes have become popular again, and in the group, there's a bunch of "narrative riding the wave," basically meaning the excitement belongs to others, and if you get hit, it's mostly your own fault. I used to be easily carried away by emotions, seeing a big bullish candle on the K-line and getting itchy; now I keep it simple and straightforward: first, think clearly about how much I'm willing to lose, and when I reach that point, I admit it, don't tell myself stories.

I usually treat memes as "tickets that can be zeroed out," with a small enough position that it doesn't affect my sleep, and I set stop-losses at the point where the "narrative breaks": when the hype dies down, liquidity disperses, and on-chain activity drops off dramatically, I withdraw even if the price hasn't broken support. Anyway, I don't chase dreams of getting rich quickly, only dreams of not losing my coins.

By the way, now modular and DA layer narrative developers are having lively discussions, but ordinary users are completely confused, so I dare not hold heavy positions chasing after it. Stories I don't understand are first treated as noise… just like that for now.
