Lately, watching the lending pool has become a bit like watching a fish tank: the surface is calm, but when a big holder moves their collateral, my heartbeat races first. Honestly, unrealized losses are noisier than unrealized gains; when you're making money, you think "It's okay, don't get cocky," but when you're losing, your mind automatically starts scripting: Will I get liquidated, do I need to add margin, should I sell now... Clearly, these are just numbers on a screen, but before bed, it feels like owing someone money.

These days, Meme and celebrities shout a few words, and as attention shifts, newcomers rush in quite aggressively. I don't want to pour cold water, but really don't take "losing a little temporarily" as a small matter. Loss aversion kicks in, and people make the most irrational moves: either stubbornly hold on as if they didn't see it, or panic and sell the worst position. Anyway, I just watch the collateral ratio and liquidation line now, leave some room, and sleeping is more important than saving face.
