The rsETH saga highlighted the need for Aave v4.

V3 won't go anywhere, but blast radius containment is much needed and V4 will enable:
> Isolated markets (no system-wide contagion)
> Efficient liquidity within defined risk boundaries
@Aave will be very well positioned with V4.
