There are 16 million unmarried people born in the 1980s who have never been married, accounting for 7.5% of the total population of the 1980s generation.


Unmarried men number 11.8 million, making up 74% of the total unmarried population, while unmarried women only number 4.2 million.
The number of unmarried men is almost three times that of women.
Furthermore, the second group consists of 68.6 million people born in the 1980s who are divorced and have not remarried, which is 4.3 times the number of those who have never married.
Currently, the 1980s generation has become the main force of divorce nationwide, accounting for 60% of the total divorces in the country.
