I'm itching to chase the rally, but it's probably not because I've suddenly gained some new information, but rather the illusion that "I also need to get on board" when I see others making money pushing me to add to my position. To put it simply, emotions are like turning up the volume knob, making it hard to hear the details clearly.

So now I pause and ask myself: can I clearly explain the logic behind this move? If I can't explain it clearly, I treat it as an emotional impulse. Especially recently, with cross-chain bridges having issues again, and oracles showing abnormal quotes, and many people in the group shouting "wait for confirmation" — I think that's quite right. Confirmation isn't cowardice; it's giving yourself a moment to review. If I really need to act, I’d rather do it smaller and in several steps, first adjusting the risk frequency to a less jarring level, then proceed.
