Seahorse Walnut Lean Meat Soup (Strengthen the Kidneys and Waist)



Core ingredients: 250 grams of lean pork, 10 grams of seahorse, 30 grams of walnut meat, 4 red dates
Preparation: Cut the lean meat into pieces and blanch; remove the cores from the seahorse, walnuts, and red dates, wash clean, and place all into a clay pot with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1-1.5 hours. Season to taste.
