Do you really think that seeing large on-chain transfers and hot and cold wallets on exchanges move can help you follow the "smart money"? I also love to watch, but honestly, that's more of an emotional stimulant; whether I should cut losses or not is a different matter. Cutting losses is like a breakup, dragging it out and not admitting defeat, watching the market every day is like paying interest, the mentality is drained first... Instead, a quick cut—if you lose, you lose, and you can sleep peacefully. Recently, I stepped into a pit on a less popular chain again, clearly the rules changed but I stubbornly held on, and the more I held, the worse I felt. I’ve learned my lesson: admitting loss is not surrendering, it’s giving myself the energy to find the next opportunity. That’s all for now.
