Abstract generation in progress

CoinWorld News reports that Ant InclusionAI recently released ling-2.6-1t—ling series’ new trillion-parameter flagship instruction model—positioned not for long-thought reasoning, but instead using a “fast-thinking” mechanism for precise task execution. The official says the model has a clear capability upgrade compared with ling-1t. Its overall intelligence is close to GPT-5.4 in non-reasoning mode, but it outputs fewer tokens, making token efficiency its core metric. This means it targets execution-focused tasks in the agent era, including code modifications, tool calls, following complex instructions, and frequent calls in production environments. The OpenRouter page shows that ling-2.6-1t currently provides a free API entry, supports a 262.1k token context, and has a maximum output of 32.8k tokens. The official announcement also previews that ling-2.6-1t will soon be open-sourced.
