I am increasingly feeling that grid/DCA strategies that take it slow are more suitable for sleeping...

Jumping in all at once makes you feel brave before bed, but waking up and checking your phone first thing makes your heart race.
Honestly, it's not really trading; it's just working overtime for yourself.

Watching on-chain movements of big players is the same.
Recently, some people have been complaining that those on-chain data tools and tagging systems are a bit laggy, and can even be misleading.
I’d say I trust them about 70-80%.
Anyway, I treat them as "weather forecasts," not "judgments."
Forget it, to put it plainly: a strategy that lets me sleep well is a good strategy.
Earning more slowly is fine, at least I won't wake up in the middle of the night to top up my position.
