I noticed something interesting in the ETF flows recently. While Bitcoin and Ethereum were pulling significant capital out of their funds, altcoins like Solana and XRP were adding new money. Bitcoin lost about $315 million in net outflows, and Ethereum another $123 million, but Solana gained $14 million and XRP $1.8 million.

The thing is, capital isn't leaving crypto; it's just rotating. Institutional investors managing ETFs seem to be looking for opportunities elsewhere. Solana has that ecosystem that keeps growing, and XRP benefits from regulatory clarity. It's the typical move when you see something more attractive in the short term.

If altcoin ETFs continue to attract flows like this, we could see a more serious phase of rotation into alternative projects. We need to watch if this trend persists in the coming weeks because these ETF movements have become a pretty important indicator of market sentiment.
