Techub News reports, according to crypto KOL Jack, Solana ecosystem application Believe founder Ben Pasternak responded to allegations made by Evelyn Ha. He stated, “I have never strangled anyone in my life, I am not physically aggressive, most people would describe me as very gentle.” Additionally, during their entire relationship, Evelyn Ha exhibited abusive behavior towards him, and he claimed to have contacted several of Evelyn’s former partners, all of whom had similar experiences. They had jointly undergone couples therapy, and the therapist was aware that Evelyn had physically abused him multiple times. Ben Pasternak emphasized that he possesses extensive documentary evidence, including medical reports, letters in which Evelyn admits to violence, and photos of injuries, all of which will be used in court. According to the New York criminal court records, Ben Pasternak was arrested and charged with second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.
