Iranian lawmaker: If Iran's coastal security is threatened, the security of the Oman Sea and the Persian Gulf coast will also be affected

Odaily Planet Daily News reported that, according to Iran International Television, an Iranian lawmaker said on Monday that if Iran’s coastal security is threatened, the security along the coasts of the Sea of Oman and the Persian Gulf will also be affected. Fadahossein Maleki, a member of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, accused the United States of obstructing the progress of negotiations, saying that measures taken by the U.S., including a maritime blockade, violate the ceasefire agreement. He also added that Iran has full control of the Strait of Hormuz and is not seeking negotiations or a ceasefire. (Jin十)
