Over the past couple of days, someone’s been telling me to “go interact now, or you’ll miss the airdrop.” To be frank, my first reaction right now is: I treat “simple” as a trap. The more “do-it-all at once” it is, and the more orderly and neatly laid out the task list looks, the more it feels like they’re waiting for you to turn into fuel… “anti-scam” isn’t necessarily about being hacked; more often, it’s your time + gas + opportunity cost getting squeezed dry.

My own approach is pretty crude: first, see where the project’s money comes from, what they want you to do, and whether there’s an obvious “bring-in-people / boost-traffic” vibe. If the on-chain data lines up, then fine—I go along with it. If it doesn’t, I’d rather not touch it. I don’t chase full attendance for interactions either; I do it once every few days, small amounts, minimal actions—anyway, I don’t want to turn myself into a workbench/studio. For those “click-and-collapse” moments in chain games—inflation + work studios + a coin-price spiral—there are many airdrop mechanics with the same flavor too, just packaged more elegantly… Don’t make FOMO the goal. For now, that’s it—coffee keeping me alive while I keep watching.
