Lately I've been earning points on the testnet again, claiming it's practice, but everyone treats it as "expected returns"… Now I've set a pretty simple stop-loss for myself: once I start adding positions just to earn a few more points, buying junk Gas, setting alarms in the middle of the night, getting anxious when I miss a task, I’ll just stop for three days and let the account sit idle. Anyway, if I really wanted to get some sugar rewards, I wouldn’t miss out on these small amounts; what’s missing is my brain being led around by the nose.

By the way, looking at the on-chain miner/validator income and MEV, it’s normal for retail investors to complain about unfair sorting. Honestly, you think you're doing tasks, but in reality, you're just feeding traffic to others. My habit is to write a line before each operation: “I’m practicing, not earning a salary.” After writing it, if I still want to rush, I just give up and go for a walk. That’s it for now.
