Iran’s parliament speaker said Tehran still holds unused supply levers as oil exports through the Strait of Hormuz remain about 95% below normal flows. Goldman Sachs data cited in the article shows Gulf crude production is down about 14.5 million barrels per day, or 57% from pre-war levels. Goldman analysts said only 70% of lost supply may return within three months of a full and safe reopening, and 88% within six months. President Donald Trump said U.S. producers can offset part of the shock as Brent crude trades near $100 per barrel.
