Final ViaSat-3 satellite targets Asia-Pacific service by late summer

Viasat has confirmed that its ViaSat-3 F3 satellite is scheduled to launch on April 27, 2026, aboard a SpaceX Falcon Heavy. This satellite is designed to provide over 1 Tbps of throughput to the Asia-Pacific region and is expected to begin service by late summer 2026 after in-orbit testing. This launch completes the ViaSat-3 constellation, enhancing Viasat’s global high-capacity network.
