Iranian Spokesman: Pakistan Lacks Credibility for Mediation
On April 27, Ibrahim Raisi, spokesman for the Iranian Parliament’s National Security Committee, stated that Pakistan lacks the credibility required for mediation. He noted that Islamabad consistently prioritizes the interests of the U.S. president when formulating its positions. Pakistan is unwilling to acknowledge that the U.S. has withdrawn its previously proposed related plans.
