Novogratz Says U.S. CLARITY Act Could Advance in May
Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz said the U.S. CLARITY Act could be finalized in May and signed into law by June. Galaxy head of research Alex Thorn estimated a 50% chance of passage in 2026 and said the odds could drop if the bill does not advance by mid-May.
