I just finished browsing a few groups, my hand almost pressed the buy button, and suddenly I remembered that I was still scolding myself yesterday to "not be pushed by the news"... Honestly, when it comes to impulsive buying, neither the groups nor the KOLs are to blame; in the end, I clicked confirm myself.

Now the information overload is ridiculous, a single thread from a KOL with a screenshot can hype up the emotions, and in the groups, it’s even worse—ten people repeating "It’s about to take off," and you start doubting whether you’re falling behind. My approach is pretty simple: only look at public information to see if it matches on the chain (fund flows, contract interactions, address behaviors, etc.), if it doesn’t match, just treat it as noise; if I miss it, I miss it.

By the way, recently hardware wallets are out of stock, and phishing links are rampant. When it comes to security awareness, don’t just share reminders—if you’re really going to act: don’t click on unfamiliar links, double-check addresses multiple times, don’t be lazy to verify while being afraid of getting hacked… Anyway, I’m going to pull back my hand first, take ten minutes to calm down, and then decide.
